Awarded to the library that:
- Demonstrates innovation and creativity to provide increased access to valuable library services
OR
- Demonstrates effective collaboration with local organizations to promote regular use of libraries
Demonstrated by at least one of the following measures:
- Increased circulation
- Increased patron visits to the library
- Increased program opportunities
- Increased patron satisfaction (through surveys)
- Increased cooperation with local agencies
- Increased funding from local agencies or partners
- Increased staff morale / involvement
- Increased funding from the local community
Supported by:
- Effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
